Wonderland Art/ Post No. 1 of 3

This month as most every one knows .. Tim Burton's new movie 'Alice in Wondeland' will open to alot of interest..I've been waiting since first wind of it sometime ago..so thought all thru the month I will post a variety of pictures that you may use for projects or just enjoy looking at.. A few vintage book covers on the theme with some delightful art work.. I have a 2 volume set in a slip cover box but haven't found it yet..will keep looking ..so till then....

Yes, been having ' Alice in Wondeland' and Through the Looking Glass' on the brain and even dreaming about..and ta-dah.. hense the blog banner this month with the Wonderland look..

I have been wanting to do up a collection of characters in papier mache for several years now and always get side tracked maybe will try to seriously do something about that this month..

Found this Russian book on Alice.. love the art work...

Have to admit I never did like Disney's version but this little figurine is nice..

Think I ever read this comic book version!
Found this rabbit on ebay and bid but wasn't meant to be.. someone else won!

These illustrations really are the best...been watching all the movie versions on Netflix..have a couple more to see..and give you a list of them in a few days...

Been looking online at all the ''stuff' you can buy in the 'Wonderland' tie ins.. and this make up kit from Urban Decay is pretty cool..
