Its a Good Day!

The headlines on Yahoo today said we have the 'First Truly Global President' ... We are a country of diversity and yet all connected... I hope for only good times ahead with hard work and cooperation we can do it !!

The weather is beautiful here, a mild fall day and my sweetie pie's birthday so made him a couple of pumpkin and apple pies, trying out the pumpkin pie recipe from new Nov./Dec. Cook's Illustrated magazine http://www.cooksillustrated.com/ it's a Good Thing.. I absolutely love this magazine!

A sunny trade card to use on this good day..

Hooray for Thanksgiving! Only 3 more days left to sign up for the Swap [see Nov.1st post] ... Sharing a few cards to use for your creative projects... I got lucky last week on ebay and bought 21 Thanksgiving postcards... so will post them over the coming weeks..plus more from my collection as I find them..already made my Paper Dolls..

Time to sweep out the old and get ready for the new...

Congratulations on your winning bids! I always love to see the Vintage postcards! Some of the sayings are cute, (a little off) but I enjoy them! It's what makes them original and unique :O) Thank you always sharing them with us!

I totally agree with you on 'it's a good day'! You guys made history yesterday. And now keep moving on into the right direction! Love your vintage postcards as always. Thanksgiving is totally unknown here. Hey, now I see you have a new banner too. Mine is still Halloween hahaha, I just cannot get enough of it. Take care!
