That time of year to drool over the seed catalogs..my new favorites are' Grandma's Garden Catalog' http://www.underwoodgardens.com/
lots of interesting information and heirloom varieties..like 'Bull's Blood Beet' not only is it sweet and tasty but the juice from this beet is the only red food coloring allowed by Swedish law.. and new to me 'Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds' a wonderful glossy catalog with beautiful photos of heirloom veggies and flowers..will be ordering from these catalogs for sure!! http://www.rareseeds.com/ ..

ReplyDeleteWe just received our seeds from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds and had the privilege of going to the Seed Bank in Petaluma this past fall. If is going to be a very interesting garden this summer!
