I have just started adding new pieces on 'Etsy' and will add more later tonight [10 p.m.] as have to do dinner hubby is getting cranky!

If you were wondering.. Finally finished the 'Sacred Heart Jesus' .. He was delivered to the church on Sat.[will take pictures at church later in the week].. 'Elf Swaps' are in the mail [will show pics of stuff after they receive items].. and items will be posted for SALE tonight on 'ETSY ' at 6 p.m. Mich. time....

Notice the big flat screen.. well, that's 'our early Christmas present' my husband and I haven't exchanged presents in years.. we just buy something together for the house and this year it's a blu-ray Samsung tv with home theater sound..[we watch alot of movies and netflix instant watch].. Bought the 'Planet Earth' series and 'Blue Planet' series.. just wonderful truly awe inspiring stuff..

Base coat of fleshtone..

Primed in gesso.. 3 coats were done..

Several layers of chipped paint.. so lots of nit picking and sanding..

He was a eerie shade of lavender fleshtone..

Started late but Christmas is going up finally.. reds,coppers,gold,browns, and black on kitchen tree.

Started a arrangement over the clock... velvet pointsettias will go in next..l ike the icicles on everything!

Since we were not home for Thanksgiving I didn't do a whole lot of decorating...but had some eye candy for Nov.

Been snowing and snowing here.. sooo pretty.. perfect for Christmas..The kids will be here this Sat. so lots to do!! This is their first time here for Christmas...we are so excited...

Thanksgiving

Well did all my pie baking today and packed up for the trip to my sisters.. as her home is the halfway point for everyone to get together..so will have some 'Christmas goodies' for sale on Etsy when I get back on Monday... Colorful retro book and eat your desserts!

Guess who is standing in my kitchen?! I'm in the process of repairing and painting a large life size staute of Jesus for the Catholic Church in our town ..so here are the before pictures..

Jeez... I have been on the crazy train the past few days.. Thank you Dani & Kristen! Dani and Kristen from 'Spooky Times Jingles' have been helping me build my pages for the site..well there are a few kinks in my pages still ...but learning how to build pages..unfortunately, that left no time for my working on my papier mache and special projects...well,now back to work!
